Welcome
My name is Jeanne Parker and I was born and raised a "city girl".
In 2002 I moved to Douglassville, Texas with my Texas born husband,
Ken Parker, and became a "country girl".
This was put into high gear when my Mother, who raises Miniature Horses,
decided to give her children their inheritances early so she could enjoy
watching each of her four daughters with their new acquisitions.
Let me tell you that it doesn't take long for a few horses to multiple and
all of a sudden you are in the horse breeding and selling business.
Breeding and raising miniature horses is exciting.
There is a lot of work involved, but the rewards are far greater.
I have found that there is absolutely nothing as cute as a miniature foal,
still wobbly and wet, that allows you to pick it up and love it to pieces
and eventually will follow you everywhere.
Showing horses is something I leave to the experts.
Loving them so they are ready for anything is what I do best.
